How to make it

about 50 minuteschallenging160 gsm paper

  1. Colour in the faces. Cut out the model along the solid lines; leave the grey tabs on.
  2. Fold all the dotted lines and tabs inwards (the picture stays on the outside). Score them first with an empty ballpoint pen and a ruler for a crisper fold.
  3. Glue the tabs down one by one, on the inside of the edge next to them. Start with the tabs furthest from the last face.
  4. Close the last face like a lid: press the tabs from the outside until the glue is dry.

It looks best on thick paper (160 gsm).
