Spiral snake

make a hole by the cross on the headcut

For parents

How to make it

about 25 minuteswith help from an adult

  1. Colour in the snake: a green body with yellow and orange diamonds, and a red tongue.
  2. Start at the pointy tail on the outside.
  3. Cut along the dashed line, round and round, until you reach the head in the middle.
  4. Ask a grown-up to make a hole at the cross on the head.
  5. Thread a piece of string through and hang up your snake: it spins in the breeze.

Print at actual size. Ordinary printer paper is fine.
