How to make it

about 15 minuteschallenging

  1. Draw a horizon (a straight line) and put a dot in the middle: the vanishing point.
  2. Draw two lines from the vanishing point to the bottom corners: that's the street.
  3. Draw an upright line on the left and right and join the top to the vanishing point: the house fronts.
  4. Finish the houses with a roof and a side.
  5. Windows get smaller the further away they are: their slanting lines also run to the vanishing point.
  6. A centre line on the road: the dashes get smaller in the distance.
  7. Now draw it big yourself in the box at the bottom, lightly in pencil first.
  8. Finished? Go over the lines neatly and colour in your drawing.
